The challenge was to capture the essence of the new luxury 12 storey building and its location—an area in Sydney's CBD that had inspired visitors for generations also known as the 'golden triangle'. Tightly coordinated with the brand idea, the elements of the visual identity reflect the history of the building through brand mark, iconography, typography and imagery. It uses rich colours and classic typefaces to help convey the place and its residents.
We created a number of brand assets to successfully launch and market the property in a turnaround time of less than 2 months. From naming and logo/visual identity and guidelines, through to brand video, photoshoot, brochure and responsive website design.
